Payments will be refunded according to the cancellation policy*.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to revital@kldltd.com.
Refund eligibility is based on the date the written request is received:

• Accommodation:

  • Until Oct 13, 2026: Full refund, less EUR 5 handling fee.

  • From Oct 14, 2026: Full fees apply (No refund).

• Registration:

  • Until Nov 3, 2026: Full refund, less EUR 5 handling fee.

  • From Nov 4, 2026: Full fees apply (No refund).

• Networking Events:

  • Until Nov 10, 2026: Full refund, less EUR 5 handling fee.

  • From Nov 11, 2026: Full fees apply (No refund).

• Force Majeure: Full refund, less EUR 10 handling fee.

• Registration Changes:

  • Until Oct 18, 2026: No charge.

  • From Oct 19, 2026: EUR 5 handling fee applies.​​​
