Cancellation & Refund Policy
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to revital@kldltd.com. Refund eligibility is based on the date the written request is received:

• Accommodation:

  • Until Oct 13, 2026: Full refund, less ₪10 handling fee.

  • From Oct 14, 2026: Full fees apply (No refund).

• Registration:

  • Until Nov 3, 2026: Full refund, less ₪10 handling fee.

  • From Nov 4, 2026: Full fees apply (No refund).
    ​​​​​​​

• Force Majeure: Full refund, less ₪40 handling fee.
  ​​​​​​​

• Registration Changes:

  • Until Oct 18, 2026: No charge.

  • From Oct 19, 2026: ₪20 handling fee applies.
